Worldwide shipping is available via International Registered Mail. Please choose the area and the shipping option on the order page. (Destination countries available are subject to change without notice. If the country you live in is not listed, please let us know.)As a general guideline, for orders of up to two accessories, please select "International / small". For orders of three or more accessories or any orders including handwoven items, please select "International / large". (If you contact us, we can check the appropriate shipping cost for you, so please feel free to reach out.)
Responsibility for missing, lost, or stolen packages outside of our control cannot be assumed once packages are delivered to the Post Office. For alternative delivery methods, feel free to contact us to arrange it at the original cost.

Checkout can be completed in your local currency. Prices are always listed in JPY, so the final price may vary.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only when items are safely delivered but damaged in the box. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

- Product Care -
To ensure long-lasting enjoyment, it is recommended to gently wipe jewelry with a tightly wrung tissue, especially the parts that touch the skin, after wearing, and to store it in a small zippered bag with the air removed.
When caring for solid silver 925 items with abrasive cloths or silver cleaners, please avoid using them directly on stones or Swarovski crystals, as this may cause texture changes.
